Folks, if you don't think the police or military will kill you to take your guns post any large emergency you still have time to educate yourself.

Did you hear the guardsman say out right he was prepaired to kill Americans? (second video by Declan)

Thanks Declan for posting these vids. Nothing makes a point like seeing it with your own eyes.
Well sure they are prepared to kill people- if someone points a weapon at them, I'd EXPECT them to kill the person. Just like I'd expect the police or military to get shot if they try barging into someone's home without a damn good reason who has weapons . If people don't threaten the police/military, they won't have reason to fire on them. If the police/military stays out of private residences without invitation, they won't have a reason to be threatened in MOST cases. Common sense here.

What people should be doing (and I'm sure we'll see more of in days to come) is to sue the police and military for illegal confiscation of weapons. If that doesn't fly legally- eventually I wouldn't be surprised to see civilian uprisings in situations like this and perhaps more widespread. *sigh*

If I see you with a gun, and I don't know you, then it's in my own best interest to use caution and assume you do not have noble intentions. Especially during a disaster, the criminal element of society is out there.

The police have to protect everyone else from the nutjobs in this world. If they set up a checkpoint and you try to go around, then you get what you deserve. Stop being a douche, cooperate, and we can all move on.

Check points are unconstitutional, as are most activities conducted by the so called "law enforcement" class these days. We truly have the wolf in charge of the sheep and most of you are just fine with it.

Unless we are now discussing China or the former Soviet Union, it sounds like you have given up and have come to terms with the rape perpetrate by the ruling class on a once free people.

In this case we are specifically talking about police or military barging into someone's home without a damn good reason. Breaking down my door and coming in as a fire team, leapfrogging through my house, so you can save me from my self is not a damn good reason, by far.

I don't want to offend you, because I have nothing against you but it seems to me that you either don't know the full extent of the corruption of the "law enforcement" elite or choose to ignore it.

I wonder how many of you think that what these cops did is justified.

Cops pay 3 a.m. visit to tell man his door is unlocked

LAKEVILLE, Minnesota (AP) -- A Lakeville man says he feels violated after two police officers woke him up at 3 a.m. to tell him his door was unlocked.

Their surprise visit was part of a public service campaign to remind residents to secure their homes to prevent thefts. Usually, officers just leave notices on doors.

But they went further in Troy Molde's case on Thursday. Police entered the house where four children under 7 were having a sleepover, and then went upstairs to Molde's bedroom.

The officers told Molde his garage door was open, the TV was on, the keys to his truck were left in the ignition and the door to his house was ajar.

A police spokesman says the intrusion was justified because the officers' initial door knocks went unanswered, and they wanted to make sure nothing was wrong.

He says the kids inside -- Molde's two sons and two nephews -- were afraid to wake their dad, so the officers went upstairs.

I can't believe how brazen they are becoming. This is nothing more then an exercise in getting us all used to the fact that cops can come into your house to check on your activities whenever they feel like it. The last time I checked, having your door open and your tv on at 3:00 am was not against the law.

Or maybe you're just reading into what I'm posting. *shrugs* We were also talking about persons in a boat having weapons confiscated, as well as a man in a truck 'tapping' an officers vehicle. Might want to read back a few posts. So thanks- but while I don't claim to (or think *anyone* does) know the *full* extent of the corruption of the 'law enforcement elite'- I am certainly NOT ignoring it.

Man in a boat. What happened to those guys was not right. The cops are suspending the constitution whenever is convenient.

The same can be said for the "officers" that wouldn't let the guy in the truck pass. The constitution trumps all other laws and the constitution(4th Amendment) says:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Road blocks are totally unconstitutional, especially when the guy had done nothing wrong and just wanted to go home. Unacceptable and if he gets a good lawyer he'll be able to point out to the judge that his basic rights were violated.

It breaks my heart to see our rights and liberties crapped on everyday by the "law enforcement" who in doing so violate the supreme law of the land. Some law enforcement! It also pains me greatly to see so many of you think and say that cops in America still do a good job. For the most part, they are nothing but bag men with an attitude and a lot of guns.

have you seen the vids?! they smash down your door then shout "fire and rescue!" its insane. imagine anybody telling you you have to evaquate your property, and in katrina they made you leave your pets behind!!! my heart races when i imagine myself in that kind of situation. glad i live high and dry.
leave pets behind.. they can try and make me leave.. but good luck.. im 260lbs and 6 ft 4 they can try.. 1 fight 2 dead weight 3 kicking and screaming.. chances are if you give them so much trouble they might just go to hell with this and leave you..

these national guardsmen you see in the background are clam and collected.....nothing says police force for the next 20 years like 1.5 million soldiers serving and taking part in a police war....they are not playing and you do not scare them....like i said comply and do whatever then leave

You seem to be a shining example of Stanley Milgram's experiments.

Again I just ask, educate yourselves. Look at what happened after Katrina and what is happening now after the floods.Start by watching the videos posted by Declan. At the end of the video watch the related videos offered with them.
Thousand of guns were seized from citizens in NO. Most were not returned, many that were returned were damaged or had parts missing.
Lawsuits were filed. The seisures were deemed unlawful but no one was held accountable for their actions.
Destroying the front door comprimises the homes security and endangers all who will live there after the danger has passed. It also adds to the work and expense of cleanup.
Will the local stores have enough locks to replace those destroyed? No way. So their destruction adds time to recovery.
If seeing police combat clearing homes in your neighborhood doesn't bother you then what comes with it may.Suppose you are sleeping upstairs after a long day of trying to keep the water out of your home and moving valuables to higher ground.Your front door is broken in. You jump up.Grab your cell phone and a ball bat and run to the top of the stairs to meet the threat. Your a threat, Bang or more likely Bang Bang Bang...etc your dead. If you survive you now can add repairing you door to your to do list.

Don't even get me started on the thug who beat the $$$$ out of the old lady. His fellow oficers should have given him the same or at least delivered him in cuffs to his own cell. As far as I can find no mention of his prosecution or dissmissal is posted on the net. Was he prosecuted?

I will end by saying that "those who would exchange freedom for security get and deserve neither" .
Ahhh, Ben Franklin, a wise man as were all of the founding fathers of this country. I wonder what they would think of the nation they founded today.

Make no bones about it folks we are in a police state, patriot acts 1 and two made sure of that.
