BrettTheOkie Belated welcome, I'm new here myself!

I went to Airborne School at Ft. Benning in August, '89, but that's the extent of my experience in jumping. But I'm glad I got to go.

Headhunter2 Thanks to everyone for the welcome. I would have made a career out of the Army, had I not been injured (my spotter was killed in the same action ... May 8, 1969). With only half of my hearing left, I guess I wasn't Army material, anymore. Being close to a 152mm shell in its killzone will do that to a guy!

To everyone who served our country, you have my thanks!
