jojo64155 Dang, sorry to hear about the accident, but like you said, at least your not hurt bad or anything, those aches and pains suck, I had the same thing some time back when I got hit. Hopefully it will all go away soon.

Then the gym opening down the street, maybe a blessing in disguise!

Belnik Well boys, I had a little issue yesterday that will put a temporary hold on hitting the gym...wrecked the truck. Not hurt bad, so I'm good to go there, just some light pains mostly in the arms and neck, but transportation wise is a problem, and financial issues that go hand in hand with it all.

Unrelated good news, a new gym is opening down the street from me, so I can change gyms and have a far more convenient location to workout at.

Belnik Been lazy this week, skipped my normal gym day, but did some home stuff.
Also got another 25# KB for the wife, she wanted two...and I'm using them as well.

Short and simple, felt less guilty for skipping the gym. I like having matching pairs of KBs even at 25lbs...makes me want matching 24kg ones.

Belnik The wife wanted a KB that was more her size so I picked her up a 25 lb one...decided to use it myself as a warm up, and even being light, I think it can make a good addition to the KBs I have.

Belnik Knees and leg muscle only slightly sore after the squats...hoped for more muscle and less knee soreness, but it is what it is.

Today:

Next Rep, a clean Muscle up! then another single Muscle up followed.

Then worked some one handed pullups with a towel for the "lesser working arm" x3 total each arm.

Been trying for a muscle up for years, and today it just happened.

Belnik I'd like to say I take classes, but just run simple drills myself...within the confines of the ranges available to me. I haven't had access to a "good" range since I left Maine.
I don't have the name right now, but I did see a place not too far from me that had my interest.
