Dayton is 45 minutes north of Chattanooga and is rural enough for what you're looking for.

KODIAKHERSHEY Made the trip last weekend. Beautiful country. Not all we wanted, but good. Even 2 mules and a flock of chickens already claim the place. Making an offer. Just waiting now. Thanks .

100 acres, plus or minus.

Retired military. Searching for enough for my 4 grown kids and their families.

Not looking for million dollar property.

I know you don't want anyone moving to your part of the world.

We have lived in different parts of the country. Picked your area.

Thanks for any help. or advice.
Dayton TN 45 minutes north of Chattanooga has what you're looking for and has some of the best fishing in the us on lake chickamauga.
