Washed out roads
How many people are at risk for roads they live on being washed out?
This road is on private property and is a dead end. However, my cousin, her husband and their two children were trapped. They were able to use their truck and drive through another part of the creek. This is my son who was 12 at the time. The creek washed all the dirt away from the culvert, then pushed the culvert down stream about 10 feet. The only thing that stopped the culvert from moving further downstream, was it hit a tree.
