I'm a work-out nut, I work-out everyday and sometimes twice if I run before work.

I'm been getting bored with my work out tunes and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions.........especially during cardio work-outs (bored to death).

I love up beat/rock...stuff, I like this songs like this U2 song I recently adding to me play list... (suggestions....?????)

I don't listen to music when I train. I like to concentrate on my lifts and I can't do that when I'm listening to music. I'm also convinced that listening to the kind of music I listen to (metal) can actually mentally fatigue you.

I love anything upbeat for when I am running, but one song I particularly love right now is called "When I am through with you" by the VLA.

Oh, and hello to another twice a day workout nut! I like to run in the mornings and do weights in the evenings. Sometimes I run both mornings and evenings. Between 60 to 90 or more minutes per day. Great for reliving stress from my hellish job.

Heavy, not to the point where you can't understand what they are saying but most people would consider it heavy. Something to get me pumped up!
Five finger death punch, pantera, metallica so on.
