I don't listen to music when I train. I like to concentrate on my lifts and I can't do that when I'm listening to music. I'm also convinced that listening to the kind of music I listen to (metal) can actually mentally fatigue you.

I love anything upbeat for when I am running, but one song I particularly love right now is called "When I am through with you" by the VLA.
Oh, and hello to another twice a day workout nut! I like to run in the mornings and do weights in the evenings. Sometimes I run both mornings and evenings. Between 60 to 90 or more minutes per day. Great for reliving stress from my hellish job. |
