I'm hoping to be able to use some of the recipes I have from this book and an OK extension booklet, but some of the recipes I'd like to try have pouches of liquid pectin as an ingredient.
I might ask the OK extention how much pectin is in these pouches and then substitute apples or some other natural sources of pectin for that same amount. Maybe if you shared a recipe there might be people here that would know approx. how much is needed for a substitute. I've never used store bought pectin as there are planty of natural sources so I'm afraid I can't help you, but maybe others can.
