Casket Liners go outside the casket, are also know as grave liners. In the event of a large scale PAW, wooden caskets might be used and these liners, which the wooden box are placed in, prevent the grave from collapsing and falling in, because the wood will rot and give and your graveyard ends up being a field of holes with bones poking out.
You don't want the cadavers of the deceased to be exposed as it is a possible source of contamination. They are also known as "grave vaults" when made of concrete, aluminum, or steel. the CDC has a legitimate reason to need to be able to dispose of cadavers if there is an epidemic of several possible sorts. In the 1918 flu over a million people deceased In many countries there is a practice of burying multiple coffins in the same grave stacked vertically, like family memebers in the same plot. |

I posted this under a fema discussion:
The hype on the net is overwhelming w/ FEMA dis-information and speculation. If it's all not true then I wish someone at FEMA would address all of this. I have searched and found no FEMA response to the camps or trains on the internet. I emailed FEMA for a response. None. That does not surprise or alarm me though! ha. The camps are a real thing but what are they for? They could be for lots of real, useful purposes. Worst case they are interment camps for those who don't go along w/ whatever emasse public orders we are given/ if we are? I did see a locaton locally here listed as a fema camp on two "conspiracy" internt sites. I went there to the actual location and it was not a FEMA camp. It was a Japanese internment camp in WWII. It is now a museum etc. No sign of any development or improvement. I Google earthed another supposed location of FEMA coffins in Texas. From the plan view it does look like the plan view of the coffins in GA. If you do the street view you will see that they are black plastic culvert pipes and not coffins. The ones in Georgia are real and managed by the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta. The factory where they are produced is also visible and has a lagre stockpile there. Finally, the train cars are auto carriers. They are secure and could be used to move prisoners etc. in a time of crisis. What would FEMA do with real prisoners in the event of a nuclear (see nuculer pres. bush) war? Would they just leave them in the pen to die? That may be what all the infrastructure including the camps and trains is for. I just wish someone and FEMA or HS would address this. Again any of this could be for nefarious purposes too but I doubt it. For some its fun to scared. They want you to have that supersticious funny feeling in the pit of your stomach. That's the way they like it. Flip side is it would make is easyer to toss some of the rest of us in w/ the prisoners in the confusion etc. I guess there is a paranoid view of all of this no matter how hard you try. It is kind of odd. It's almost as if Homeland was left by Bush/Cheny as their vanguard or something. In a way we are all going to be confronted soon with disbelief in the dogma we have been fed for years. It's hard to image the illusion is real after the events of the last eight years. It almost all seems orchestrated. Even the latest chapter. |

LIFE WITH BIG BROTHER
Bill creates detention camps in U.S. for 'emergencies' Sweeping, undefined purpose raises worries about military police state By Jerome R. Corsi © 2009 WorldNetDaily Rep. Alcee L. Hastings, D-Fla., has introduced to the House of Representatives a new bill, H.R. 645, calling for the secretary of homeland security to establish no fewer than six national emergency centers for corralling civilians on military installations. The proposed bill, which has received little mainstream media attention, appears designed to create the type of detention center that those concerned about use of the military in domestic affairs fear could be used as concentration camps for political dissidents, such as occurred in Nazi Germany. Heed the warning of a former Hitler Youth who sees America on the same path as pre-Nazi Germany in "Defeating the Totalitarian Lie" from WND Books! The bill also appears to expand the president's emergency power, much as the executive order signed by President Bush on May 9, 2007, that – as WND reported – gave the president the authority to declare an emergency and take over the direction of all federal, state, local, territorial and tribal governments without even consulting Congress. As WND also reported, DHS has awarded a $385 million contract to Houston-based KBR, Halliburton's former engineering and construction subsidiary, to build temporary detention centers on an "as-needed" basis in national emergency situations. According to the text of the proposed bill, the purpose of the National Emergency Centers is "to provide temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster." Three additional purposes are specified in the text of the proposed legislation: * To provide centralized locations for the purposes of training and ensuring the coordination of federal, state and local first responders; * To provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response and recovery efforts of government, private, not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations; * To meet other appropriate needs, as defined by the secretary of homeland security. The broad specifications of the bill's language, however, contribute to concern that the "national emergency" purpose could be utilized by the secretary of homeland security to include any kind of situation the government wants to contain or otherwise control. Rep. Hastings created controversy during the 2008 presidential campaign with his provocative comments concerning Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. "If Sarah Palin isn't enough of a reason for you to get over whatever your problem is with Barack Obama, then you damn well had better pay attention," Hastings said, as reported by ABC News. "Anybody toting guns and stripping moose don't care too much about what they do with Jews and blacks. So, you just think this through." H.R. 645, which seeks to allocate $360 million for developing the emergency centers, has been referred to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and to the Committee on Armed Services. |

Between the video on the coffins and the link to map of Fema camps I posted above, I now believe our government does have a workable plan to deal with man-made global warming. What better way to reduce a persons carbon footprint. |

Is there a place that has the "fly to" files for all of these? I'd like to load them into my Google earth and look closer at them. |
