Provides a good no slip grip, keeps my hands warm to around the mid 30 degree mark. After the mid 30's I have a pair of gloves that I put on under the neoprene gloves.

I often wear neoprene gloves inside my wool fingerless gloves.

I have a pair, but they tend to make my hands sweat too much. Plus mine are a little thick, and I do not get a good feel for anything I am grabbing. Too each his own though.
