If nothing else happens...It'll start dropping by late this year I imagine. I might be wrong though.

The 2014 mid term elections are just around the corner. If the Dems win control of both houses of congress, I'm afraid that Gun Control will be the first item on the agenda.

I'm glad we won, but, as many on this forum have stated, the fight is far from over. AS a result, I am not expecting demand (guns, ammo, mags) to go down anytime soon.

This is what Obama was calling for yesterday. He wants the voters to act. We need to make sure that doesn't happen. If we want keep our gun rights, we need to keep the House AND gain the Senate. This war will never be over.

If we can win the mid terms, only then will prices go down and availability go up.

Not even close to being over. They only voted on the amendments, not the original bill. Even if all fails .. they WILL find ways to backdoor to make your weapon as effective as a hammer by attempting to impose ridiculously high taxes on ammunition and whatever else they can. Bet on it.

Be vigilant 'cause this is only ONE BATTLE .. the war is not over.

And NO .. I don't see prices and/or availability of ammunition any time soon.

Dems didn't vote.... They get re elected in 14 from all the people who want gun control...then they pass it. So it's gonna get worse before it starts to get better.

Buy now where ever you can find it.I'm buying ammo and silver as a investment. I'm very well stocked. I can always trade ammo for ASE coins if I don't shoot it. I wouldn't bet on ammo going back down anytime soon. Get your life time supply now.

Ammo will start to be more readily available, about a month or two after they quit talking about restrictions in the news.

I think guns and ammo will probably be more readily available in a few months . Give the manufacturers time to catch up with demand .
I don't think prices will ever go down . Don't be surprised when guns and ammo are back in stock that they cost A LOT more than they used to .
Even before the panic buying the cost of guns and ammo were rising about 25% a year .

I would think sometime between 2017 and 2018 things will calm down a bit.

I checked a few on line gun sites last night, I saw AR's that were selling for $1,200 a week ago listed for $800-900. I've also seen more ammo become available. I think if the President doesn't try to get gun control via a executive order the prices will drop to about 20% above of last years prices. I also expect to see a lot of unused AR's for sale at the end of the year.

I believe guns will become widely available as people try to re-coup thier money. Ammo prices will decrease, but never to previous levels, at least for a number of years. I'm hoping to buy up on a bunch of 6 month old AR's.

That wasn't a victory. That was a minor engagement in a long battle. Lace 'em up and get ready for an extended struggle.

You are right. Even the socialist in chief said this was just round one. They are just warming up.

Surely you are not silly enough to think this? This is just the opening battle expect them to learn from this and attack the 2nd Amendment from all directions now....

Executive Orders coming right up. The frown on Biden's face said it all and Obama is about to defy what the American people want and push this adgenda down our throats.
Would YOU call this impeachable?
