Looking for realistic, utilitarian ideas/plans for portable camper. Must be towable behind mid-sized suv/p.u. or light duty 1/2 ton. Self-contained and able to provide 4 season livability.

Those campers arent to bad, but if I'm going to spend that kind of money, why not just buy a popup?

That is not home-made and it does not look like it is 4 season reliable it is basically a tent on a trailer.

One camper style that I have always wanted to build for myself was a Teardrop. They have been built for ages, simple, light, customizable and cheap(relatively). There are also tons of blueprints online along with quite the community behind them.
