Default World War II German Paratrooper Knife

Hi, Does anyone have an interest in World War II German Paratrooper Knife, Paul Weyersberg Solingen, Rostfrei ?. The condition is very good to near excellent, with some minor to moderate scratches on the blade and minor signs of age.

Rostfrei ?. = rustfree or stainless.

Is that the gravity or fully automatic opening knife?

Check your local laws. Many switchblade/assisted opening knife laws have been rescinded due to conflict with the Americans with Disabilities Act. There were several lawsuits brought by one-armed people.

The statutes made provisions for one handed people decades ago allowing them to possess and use automatic knives.

The only attack on assisted opening knives was the failed bill by Customs put down a few years ago.

It isn't Federal Law that prohibits possession or use, the States and/or cities do that.

Read these law sites first--some (very few) states will allow you to carry them but only if under a certain length; some states will allow you to own them but not carry them; some states won't allow you to even own them...Check first.

International & USA Knife Laws
