Default Trapper's stew

TRAPPER'S STEW

You can use any Wildgame, Moose, Caribou,bear etc. you may find, or may find you while bugging out up North or anywheres really:

Yield: 10 Servings

2 lb Moose stew meat
1 lb Ground caribou
2 tps Salt
1/2 cup Flour
4 ea Strips bacon, chopped
3 cup Warm water
3 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 can Stewed tomatoes
1 tps Dry mustard
5 ea Potatoes, cut in quarters
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 ea Onion, sliced

Coat meat with salt and flour. Brown with bacon. Add other ingredients.
opt. -Form into meatballs.-- Simmer for 2 hours.

omit tomatoes but add packaged garlic and herb seasonings and couple beef bulluion cubes

The Acid in the maters kills an Enzime in the meat that will Taint the flavor. FYI
