Any good ones?

I've seen Red Dawn and the Mad Max ones.

Damnation Alley (1977).

I wouldn't necessarily describe it as a "good one" though....YMMV

If you include post apocalyptic B (and things that didn't even rate a B) sci fi flicks, the list is very long.

My (mostly A-list) choices that I didn't already see:
The Matrix
A Boy and His Dog
Escape From NY/Escape From LA
Logan's Run (the book, not based on screenplay, is way warped.)
Planet of the Apes
Dawn of the Dead
City of Ember (more kid-friendly than Logan's Run)
Waterworld
Reign of Fire
Terminator movies
Zombieland

There's a good movie called Carriers which shows 4 friends trying to survive after a plague wipes out the population and how they eventually turn on each other.
