The only problem is the gun is not listed on there main web page.. only in the ad... It may only be available if you go to the store and not for an FFL transfer

I just contacted them and they will FFL transfer them, but they are out of stock... Good news they have more on order!!!

^Seconded. AIM is the place to go if you want a mosin.
(Though I got mine at Cabellas; they occasionally put them on sale for cheap -- they sell out quick though, so you gotta watch for the fliers.) Is it just me, or is the ammo price in that ad a complete rip-off? I seem to recall getting a crate just like that one for around $160, including shipping. ...Perhaps that's how this gun store can afford to sell mosins so cheap: by overcharging people on the ammo for them. After all, who buys a new gun without also buying ammo for it at the same time? |

Do you need any special license for these? I ask cause it reads that you need a FFl Class 3 license. I was going to order one of these and send it to my FFL.

FFL or 03 collector, which is a C&R, just ship to a dealer if your not a C&R license holder.
