Default Extendable and Collasable Bo Staff

Advertise Here

I know it's odd to think about but I am interested in creating one if there is not one already. I am in the hero business so when I think about one then it would be perfect for my team. It would be exactly like a extendable baton but in Bo Staff form. I need to know if any of you know if one is real and if one isn't then can you all help develop one with me?

RLSH work. Google RLSH and it's the first thing there. In our world we need things that are compact and easy to use. Making this would be perfect for us. Hard wood is all good but we need modern and working.

only thing i came up with was
Quote:
Acronym for Real Life Super Hero. People who dress up like comic book characters and pretend to fight crime, when in reality they are only living out their own pathetic juvenile childhood fantasies, because lets face it, if they ever tried to actually prevent real criminals from doing anything, they'd probably end up shot.
so what im getting is its like laarp or dungons and dragons?

and a quarter staff is deffinetly a working tool and plenty modern

first off it ain't fake and I know a few who have saved lives and put people in prison before they could have done something harmful to others. Second I need this so that I can carry more then one. I can't carry a wooden one in my vest or bag. I need one compact.

Serious question... why a 'bo staff'? A collapsible baton would be much better and more effective as a blunt instrument. If that's not 'cool enough'... then maybe you have your priorities a little screwed up for a masked do-gooder.

And just my opinion... but no one needs to dress up as a super hero to help people. Just be yourself, and be prepared, and do the right thing when the time comes... FOR THE RIGHT REASONS. If you're looking for validation by saving the day and going out, looking for the baddies, well... thats a really good way to get yourself stabbed. Maybe shot if you're unlucky enough.

Bo Staff cause some people in my team use that weapon better then a regular baton and we wear uniforms and armor like bullet proof vests, D3O, and ballistic armor to protect ourselves from attacks and also the masks to protect our family and friends.

Yet, you post on a public forum about it...

Dude, just do what any superhero would do; make your own. You made your costume, so why stop there?

On a more serious note, exactly how would you like this bo staff? Do you want it collapsible like Robin's staff (or like a collapsible baton), or can you go with another design?

you boys roll through my town with masks vests and nightsticks youll find out just how many folks have api ammo on hand you boys would get lynched faster than you could say holy **** masked doogooder or not

you want to be a part time super hero join the police or army reserves police reserves your a sworn officer and go through the same pre reqs that all the other cops do and you get to fight crime the legal way army reserves you can take up the crusade and go to afganistan or iraq kill scum that way

this hero ****s a good way to either end up dead or getting the **** sued out of you
and vests do you no good when you roll up on someone who can put a entire glock 40 mag in an area the size of a softball at 20yds and they aim for your face

OK guy's this is beside the point. I am willing to go with any design but if I could then I would like to have it in the style of a baton. Not sure the mechanics of robins.

honestly I do not know of any type of collapsable staff and for you to have a bo staff out of the same construction it would be so heavy as to be innifectual. so unless you fabricate your own i dont think your going to find one, and why does it have to be a staff type weapon? plenty of other pole arms that work but me personaly ill stick with my glock
