Pitch a tent and have a BBQ.

This is the real day, not Osiris' frozen winter solstice with a pig and a yule log.

Woops! Shouldn't have said that.

Happy Birthday Yahshua!

Some things just HAVE to be said in an in-your-face manner for the full effect to hit home!

True. some Christians starting celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles around 1600. Early Christians rejected it.

Prior to that, there is no historical record of any Christians celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles.

Oops.

Oh? I guess the Anabaptists being forced to live outside the city limits in their makeshifts for centuries do not count then. True nuff. True nuff.

When you say "early Christians rejected it", do you mean the apostles? Did Paul keep the feasts, or no?

Tradition can never trump truth. Tradition says to mess with paganism such as Christ-mass as Yahshua's birthday...which is a lie. Why do I care what any historical record says if it is in error?

I rest my case.

Double oops.

Yep...she built it with absolutely no help from man nor machine. I'd accidently barked a cedar tree near the teepee with the Caterpillar...that's all it took for her to start stripping that sucker as far as she could reach with a shovel!

She is a force to be reckoned with, for sure!

In the OP, it said: "Our Savior and King Who took on flesh to tabernacle with us!"...

Verses? STUDY the feasts...the convocations...the rehearsals...the shadows of THINGS TO COME!

The answers ARE there if you are willing to understand!

Your mind in made up, now ain't it?

The difference is day and night...light and darkness.

You are aware Yahshua fulfilled the spring feasts ON THEIR appointed times? The fall feasts will be fulfilled in like manner.

Anyways, I'm off to the feast of the King!

Indeed....i asked for the specific verse thats will verify your claim that todays is Jesus birthday....the MAN....and you gave me nothing specific....and failed to explain how your made up birthday is anydifferent from the made up xmas?

The difference is day and night...light and darkness.

Well by all means get specific......

There are no specfic verses to quote accept the Feast themselves i agree with Temu, it is well known among Jews that this is the Holiday that speaks of His coming Kabalisticly of course just like Passover, every detail an tradition in the Holiday speaks of this so i'm pretty convinced that indeed it had to be this time when He was born, plus if you add up, John the Baptist was 6 mons older than Jesus right, John was born during Passover 6 mons later is Sukkot exactly.

Actually, I've leaned towards Rosh Hashanah as His birthdate...
but I wouldn't quibble...
...and I teach basic koine Greek...
...but I must confess that I've let my Hebrew slip...
...and since it's a FEAST day, and all foods were declared clean,
if anyone offers me a thick slice of ham, yum!
Happy birthday, LORD!
(and respectfully, Your Highness, I am taking this opportunity to ask You for my next vision! The 17th year, You know?!)
donls
p.s. people, the request is serious...He knows!
