AWESOME! I haven't seen a revolver carbine for a VERY long time of reading old historical texts. There were a few that came out in the mid 1800s, but were quickly supplanted by the lever action. A sort of 19th century SKS if you will.
This looks like a great alternative

very limited. 410 will have a large spread from a short rifled barrel and the 45 long colt is extremely limited because it was designed to be a black powder bullet. If they designed the rifle to withstand higher loads like the redhawk series I would reconsider my opinion.
very cool design though and may be added to my collection purely for aesthetics. 20-30 yard range max for 410 with a very wide spread 75yd range accuracy with 45 colt |

Looks like the answer to a question that nobody asked. Other than being a cool novice piece, I can't imagine why I would choose that gun. It looks heavy, shoots a fairly odd ball pair of rounds, doesn't have much range (good luck bird hunting with that), has a low ammunition capacity, is very slow to reload, and the ammo is heavy. It excels at doing what?

MSRP is like $500, so that means you should see it at the stores for like $400- $450 right?

Kinda silly putting a forend on a gun that you can't put your hands forward of the cylinder. Revolving carbines have been tried throughout the ages and they never caught on because they're hard to shoot without being able to hold the forend.

Before we throw it out with the "dish water" a shooting review would be
in ordre. After 160 yrs +/- of gun technology and ammo development the problem with the handguard may have been found. |

I am going to wait to see if they release a magnum version - Im not fond of 45 colt... .454 sounds much more fun
