Bloody hell...I leave for a couple of months and LD is totally right..it's not an arms race lads...it's an attempt at independent and intellectual thinking....we share our experiences...we all learn from them...hopefully.

Sorry mate...that might have come out wrong a few months back we were talking about cooking pork ribs...and I was looking for a proper US / Texas 'rib rub'...you thought that you may be able to track one down?

I found a Stubbs brand....recommend anything better?

Picked up a couple of fine sauces in NZ recently on the way home.

Sorry...prob off topic...I'm still really impressed with Esee knives (amongst others)...Esee 4 and 5.

I recently bumped into some Extrema ratio, and some Z60 French steel in the Kizlar range...I thought they were bloody awesome.
