Bloody hell...I leave for a couple of months and LD is totally right..it's not an arms race lads...it's an attempt at independent and intellectual thinking....we share our experiences...we all learn from them...hopefully.

I've learned a lot over the last 5 years...to be humble...and enjoy your time with your mates and brothers.

Now..there are FIGJAMs out there (f I'm good...just ask me).

I will say that I have enjoyed all of the cogent input on this forum...

Sorry mate...that might have come out wrong a few months back we were talking about cooking pork ribs...and I was looking for a proper US / Texas 'rib rub'...you thought that you may be able to track one down?

I found a Stubbs brand....recommend anything better?

Picked up a couple of fine sauces in NZ recently on the way home.

Sorry...prob off topic...I'm still really impressed with Esee knives (amongst others)...Esee 4 and 5.

I recently bumped into some Extrema ratio, and some Z60 French steel in the Kizlar range...I thought they were bloody awesome.
