I wish I could easily add a lot to this, and I can add a couple off the top of my head: wintergreen and pine needle tea.
I have accumulated a number of wild edible and medicinal plant books but they are all stored at my BOL location in Maine and I do not have access until the temperatures warm up.
There is or was a real expert on wild edible plants in Maine who is a member here: straightrazor.
Wild Horseradish
Wild Grapes (not sure if they are native but there are several spots in my area with these)
Milk weed
Thistle (never tried)
Ramps (wild leak)
Burdock, root and leaves,
japanese knotweed
sumac (as long as the berries are red) it can be made into a juice
mullein ( used as a tea)
acorns
red cloves
yellow cloves ( very tasty)
white cloves ( these can be found almost everywhere )
just remember that most wild edible grow close to water sources

We are close to 80% sustainable harvest here in Augusta! Where are you in Maine, I can provide detailed info on plants and when and where to harvest them in your area!
If you reside in New England you should own Ancestral Plants 1 and 2. Written by Arthur Haines a very knowledgeable botanist.
