A while back my wife (LtBooker44) whipped up a batch of chicken soup with dehydrated veggies, boullion and canned chicken.

It turned out pretty good.

It was something she made up on the fly, so you may want to adjust things to taste. Add salt & pepper as well.

Dehydrated ingredients
1/4 cup Carrots
1/4 cup Celery
1/4 cup Kale
1/4 cup Cabbage
2-3 Tablespoons Onions

One Chicken Bullion cube or powdered equivalent

1-2 chopped chicken breasts

1 quart of water

Boil the water, toss in the dry ingredients and bullion cube and simmer for about 20 minutes to let dehydrated stuff re-hydrate.

You could also toss in some rice or pasta.

We are planning on pre packaging some for our preps. The bullion would need to be packaged seperately, but it can be vacuum sealed in a small zip lock bag, inside the vacuum bag of veggies. We are starting to pressure can chicken so a neat little pre packaged meal.
