My weight is up and down a few pounds. Been busy around the house and yard, working on my hot rod too. Went out to dinner a couple of times with my sons, steak, beer and many things I should not be eating.

Body weight will be taken, first thing in the morning. The first 90 days, I weighed every morning and reported the weight. Monday morning weights were recorded for historicals. But after 3 months, I am only going to record weights from every Friday morning. A job change is necessitating this change in weighing and recording and will begin May 26th.

.................................................. ..
NOTES:

* January 2nd I started on the Elliptical, but did not change my diet. Lost 4.4lbs the first 35 days of the year.
* Monday, Feb. 6th I started a lean protein, low glycemic/high fiber carb, colorful veggie diet, quit Bourbon.
* Feb. 13-20 was a rough week. Migraine and multiple headaches, as my body adjusted to no sugar, etc.
* Week of March 6th had severe stomach illness for 5 days, hence the 6 lb weight loss that week.
* Week of March 13th. Very close friend passes away and my birthday celebration....over indulged and gained.
* Week of March 20th. Very tough travel schedule to Boston and back and a Cold, ate comfort food.
* Week of March 27th. Really bad Cold illness. Darn thing lasted 6 days. Didn't eat much.
* Week of April 3rd. Drank a little Bourbon on a cheat day and a little more wine, probably the reason for my gain.
* April 26 started lifting again. Weighed the morning of the 27th and was 3.0lbs heavier. Guess it is water weight, as I am very sore in my muscles.
* The last three weeks in May found me starting a new job, making three big trips and simply falling off the wagon a bit. I was surprised to find that I only gained 0.2 lbs, which tells me that I have made some permanent, positive changes. I am now weighing every Friday morning, once a week.

The good news.....0.0 lb gain. The bad news..... 0.0 lb loss.

Once again, I am now weighing once a week on Friday mornings.

Honestly, it was another tough week with a lot of temptations and I failed. My sister and brother-in-law visited the first part of the week and we feasted and enjoyed a little Bourbon. I shouldn't have purchased a HUGE Chocolate cake or the two big loafs of french bread, but my wife said....."Buy desert and bread....as Craige loves that."

I suppose I should be thrilled that I stayed at 242.8 lbs.

I'll shoot for loss this coming week and stiffin up my discipline. I really want to crack into the 230's.

I did not weigh on Friday, as I was out of town for the past several days. Just going to skip the weigh and start again this coming Friday.
