Very affordable at $140 shipped. Can be carried very easily in your backpack or vehicle. Very light weight. Simple design.

Still not convinced. I need to see some that are a few years old with hundreds of shots on them. And the shooter was not using the take down arrows. I could not take them seriously.

To me this type of bow would be a short term survival item like most items in a survival kit. It would get you by until you could either escape or build a longer term solution.

And they look like they dont spine well either. Everyone I know who messed with them said it was a pain to get them to spine. Watch the shot on the Yak. I bet with a one piece arrow he would have stuck that arrow 2/3of its length in.

If I try and explain it Ill just pi$$ you off or confuse you. Go up to the sticky's and click on O.L. Adcock's in the custom bowyers part. After you hit that link, click on "bow tuning" and scroll down till you find arrow spine description. If you look at the arrows as they hit, specifically the take down arrows, they seem to hit tail left. Hitting like that robs your arrow of its penetration and accuracy. It could also be a bad release as demonstrated in the vedio, and here in one of my groups-



of the bows maker shooting. Man that guy stinks. But DC is an experienced archer and I would not expect him to have release issues. Even DC shoots the one piece arrows better then the TD arrows.
