My roomate sold his .45 and has over 850 reloads and about 200 factory.Whats a good price to offer? His father reloaded them for pisrol matches and I trust his reloads and have used them.Any thoughts would help. It's more ammo than I need but I cant pass up a good deal if I know what one is.ty
Did your roommate and his father have any quarrels? Heh. Offer them the current low-price on .45 ACP. If these really are match grade, you should be good. Or get $300 in cash and wave it in front of his face.
I got 1200 reloads mostly swc,200 fmj reloads,150 hollow point reloads,400 factory ball(pmc) and winchester white box,300 .270 factory and about 300 223 reloads.all for 200 bucks.Now where did I put my .45?
Unless they are 45LC, you are going to have a really hard time getting rid of the reloads. Only a revolver owner would consider purchasing someone elses reloads and even then, it's rare. I would have made a few bucks off them by adding it into the cost of the pistol or at least used them as a bartering tool. Tell him to put them on a local gun trading website with no cost and to take the first offer that is $100 if he can get an offer.
The factory .45 acp and .270 redtips should pay off my 200 bucks easy.At least around here.
