I worked with two guys 20+ years ago that had both worked at red lobster together. They swore the the "Steak&Lobster" special that RL use to run was horse meat. The add never said beef. That was before the animal right folks got horse slaughtering outlawed in US.

Funny huh.....

I had it when I was in Nicaragua. Wasn't too bad (a little tough and bland), but being a BBQ guru I think I could of a much better job on it.
