Powdered Egg Substitute - What is it?

I was in my local CO-OP grocery the other day [BTW great deals on bulk foods if you are a member] and they had something called 'Powdered Egg Substitute'.

I was wondering what is it and would it be worth storing instead of powdered eggs or along side of the eggs?

I don't recall the price off hand but if it was enough lower and could store for some time I might just pick up some.

Thoughts?

Google is your friend. They appear to be mostly a vegan product made of various flours and levenings and seasoning. There is one that also contains some egg along with flour etc Honeyville carries that one, its about 1/2 the price of regular powdered eggs. I don't use any I have chickens so can't tell you if they are any good.
