Do you carry a knife?

Carry a blade....hell yes...if my primary and secondary weapons fail...or if I have to creep, do I just pat them on the back of the head? Try Extrama Ratio or Kezlar blades...devine for the job....

The only time I don't carry a knife is when I have to visit the court house or attend a school function for my daughters. Both of those incidents are quite rare. Never have reason to visit the court house except to get vechicle tags renewed and work a lot of times (sadly) when the girls have school functions. Otherwise I carry at least my Kershaw Needs Work and the Leatherman everywhere.

Yes usually a good folder at all times (CRKT m1613zlek) and depending on situation a straight blade (Kabar 7 in. non serrated) either on my side or tucked under a pant leg.

While I probably own at least a dozen good quality knives, I usually carry the same two. In my pocket is a small two blade Swiss Army pocket knife. On my belt usually resides a Gerber Applegate/Fairbairn combat folder.

SAK Bantam as a keychain knife.

For a while there it was some type of clip folder; Spyderco Meerkat, Kershaw something, LM Sidekick (now the Bantam)

3) Opinel Carbone #8. Or...
4) Esee Izula UK (belt clip sheath).

I carry a Skeletool in one of my pockets and an AK- 47 mini in the other pocket. If I think i might need it I'll put my full size AK in a pocket.

I carry a knife daily; where and what is going on depends on which. If I'm going to a nieces birthday party, for example, I carry my small pocket knife (good for opening plastic packages, stabbing at Lil' Smokies, etc.) - if I am going out shooting, hunting, camping, fishing, Cabela's, or the south part of town I carry my Ka-Bar. Mostly because it looks bad ass. If I am "working" I carry my leatherman.

When at home and in something with pockets, I usually carry a cheap small folder.
Out and about and at work, just a small cheap multitool.
Out bush, a folder or two and a fixed blade, but not a huge one.
I would like one of those Victorinox soldiers knife- it's on the luxury list.

Almost never with out at least 2 knives when out and about. More here at home depending on the project at hand.

When first working in construction at lunchtime i would always remove my toolpouch, but kept my utility blade with me when going to get something to eat, "just in case". Now i know better and always carry a knife
