Sig Sauer P250.

I have never seen a gun more accurate than this thing with factory sights. The trigger pull is a DA but wow is it a smooth DA. You almost cannot even tell. Shooting half dollar sized groups at 50 yards. Simply amazing.

Congrat's , you will find that you could have twenty different handguns but there's always just that "ONE" that seems to fit just right , shoot just right and aims just right !

That sounds a lot more like a Sig P-210 then a P-250.

was it 50 yards or 50 ft? at 50 yards,150 ft is great shooting to keep those shots in a half dollar group. Either way nice pistol.

They are alot of fun; especially when you start playing with different calibers through the xchange kits. If you can get one. I bought it as a sub-compact 40 and my compact 9mm xchange kit arrived a few days ago. Can't wait to try it out.

I do not call bs on this, but half dollar groups at 50yd I highly doubt. Most pistol ranges are more like feet. I did a 100yd exercise just a couple of weeks ago and took pictures to boot. It certainly wasn't a small group. And is was quick shooting, at 38 degrees and 25mph side wind. 50ft, ya maybe, Less than 20 certainly.

Anything is possible with practice.

Yeah, my Les Baer NM is an 1.5" @ 50 yds gun. And it cost me $1800. If your pistol is shooting the same sized groups at 50 yds, then I'm shocked! That would be one damned accurate SIG!

I agree with Met1. A SIG 210 could probably hold 2" at 50 yards, but it's an extremely accurate gun, and renowned as such...

The only sig sauer pistol I ever had was a german made p220 in 45acp. It was a quality pistol. There's nothing like a quality firearm to quicken a man's pulse.

Then you have not shot to much either. There are many 3k plus match grade pistols that will not shoot that group in a rest without a human error so no there is no way that he shot that group at 50 yds.

That is why I said "but half dollar groups at 50yd I highly doubt". Furthermore, how many people here do you think are using 3k match grade pistols. Don't be such a jerk. There are trick shooters out there that can shoot a coin thrown in the air consistently, so again, anything is possible, but not for average folks.

The OP may have mistaken 50ft for 50yd, it is what it is. There is obviously a lot that goes into accuracy, from the ammo, conditions, operator, equipment and so on.

yeah them sigs are great guns. i will never use anything else. i have several thousand rounds through one of my 226s and another few thousand through my 220, and not one issue with feeding or misfires with either. running nothing but federal and WWB, with occasional hydrashok JHP. i truly trust my life to these masterpiece firearms. i am clearly a sig fanboy. the only handgun that has come close in terms of ergonomics, accuracy, reliability, and utility, is the beretta. but that is my personal opinion, and everyone's gonna be different. have fun with your sig, they truly are excellent.
