I have Netflix Canada, but it doesn't have all the shows that Netflix USA has. Someone said Hotspot Shield would make it appear that I have a U.S. computer address (IPS? ISP? IP?). Can anyone give a definitive answer on this? How safe is this Hotspot Shield and would it work?

You can find a proxy that will make Netflix think you are in the U.S.
