I too had a problem finding those bulbs, seemed Walmart only carried ones for the 4D lite. Try Rayovac, I believe I ordered two bulbs from them for not alot of money, since a back up bulb goes in the tailcap.

http://www.zbattery.com/magliteDparts-with.html# Bulbs can also be found at the industrial supply places and auto parts stores. Fry's has mag parts in stock if there is one near you. You don't have to use the high tech over priced bulbs. In the 6 cell the regular old incandescent bulb puts out good light. While not cheap these make a lot of light and have very long run times on a set of batteries: http://www.led-replacement.com/2-6_maglite.html AND the last almost forever with no filament to break at the least little bump. |
