Still Waiting..................Since March 12th..................soon to be 8weeks and still nothing other than a video, which did a good job of telling me WHY I have not gotten my packs but did nothing to tell me when I might see them.

Your fine rapid. I understand. Shoot me the last 4 numbers of your order. I can also issue a refund if you want. Whatever works best for you. As stated previously. We have had a large influx of orders which created a huge backlog. The video was sent in order to communicate with you. We have large quantities of gear. But all the gear has to be gone through before it ships. I will not deviate from this. We did for awhile and to many mistakes where made. So yes we have been at about a 7 to 8 week turn. I dont like for you to have to wait anymore then you do. At the same time I will not send out sub-par gear. We are now at a back order status on the packs until we have current orders filled.

Hello Sam,3560, I'm not looking for refund, just trying to figure when I will see packs so that I can make plans to take north with me to use. Am heading out last week of May and was planning to use them, if it can't happen I switch to plan B or was it plan C well either way I'll make do. Just keep them on the way when you get them done.

Whooopee!!!
My packs arrived today!
Both packs are like new. No evidence either pack was ever even issued.
One shoulder strap on each pack had a slightly lighter color than the other indicating that it may have been refreshed, the other was most certainly new.
The kidney pads were in great shape though plastic straps were used to secure them but this works great, so no issue. The frames were in perfect condition with nice new paint jobs.
This is an excellent deal and well worth a little wait time for a great and fully functional military grade product!
I will be packing ours out asap!

ps...the medium pack offered more room than I expected and both rode well.
