I think that photo has been Photo Shopped. I saw her on the news this morning and she was white with a slight tan.
ETA: I googled her name and all of her pictures show her at different shades of her tan. |

Wow I didn't know you could get that dark tanning. Never seen a tan like that. I bet she got spray on tan too.
