New from Ontario
Hello all,
I'm pretty new to this. I found the boards through some research I was doing about homesteading. At the moment I'm a poor apartment dweller and my homestead garden consists of some sprouting treys on the kitchen counter but we're working on it. I've started putting together bug out bags for myself and my bf but since Northern Ontario is blessedly free of many of the natural disasters that can occur I'm working more at getting things into shape for a "bug in" at home. The long term plan is to have a homestead that can be self sufficient if necessary. (Still some debate about this as the man insists on being within 20 min drive of an electronics shop) Glad to have found a place where I can learn and hopefully contribute as I gain some experience.
