Around here thay are awful skidish also, i like to use my rem 243. i reload special rounds for sqwerral and like to snipe them from 150 to 200 yrds away. ai reload with a 55 gr bulistic tip boat tail bullett and cant remember the grains of powder( have it wrote down somewhear). it helps to keep me in shooting shape as i cant sit still enough for them to get close. anyways it doesnt tear up the meat any and its great pracktise.....lol
