Birthers have no proof, just lots of innuendo, that Obama was born elsewhere. There is loads of proof, including a birth certificate, public records, etc. that Obama was born here, but to the Birthers none of it is adequate. It's idiocy, pure and simple. Good God, educate yourselves or at least learn how to go to Snopes.com.

that is a certificate of live birth which has been released,
it is not even valid for use in applying for a Soc Sec card.

the real proof is that original certificate

Nope, sorry, Obama's short form certificate, certified and validated by the state of Hawaii, is everything he needs for all legal matters and requirements. The long form certificate is just Legal Filings reference material that nobody needs to see...

And as for being the subject of court actions, why should Obama do anything? Every judge so far has tossed every case filed to challenge his citizenship, calling them frivolous and without merit. Which is the greatest insult a court can bestow. All the O-man has to do is pay his lawyers (is he paying them, or the American taxpayer since he is the President?) to show up to prevent a default judgement, and he's got it in the bag. That's the way it's been, that's almost certainly the way it will continue to be even if the 22nd Amendment is repealed and Obama becomes El Presidente for Life.

Guess you'll just have to live with it.

Social Security Card (I did to get mine)
Registering to run fer office (needed mine for it in Wisconsin (school board))
