you don't sign up for anything. Just skip the last test at the end. The "optional test" as its just a bait and hook.
I didn't find the test though. Instead I found out that I am Not a Nazi, but I probably wouldn't resist. I am also a terrorist. Those tests always tick me off. You give the exact same results asside from a question like "Do you believe everyone should work if able" and that makes you a Nazi.  They are fun though.

i got a 25%. some of those questions should have had none of the above for answers. like what kind of music do i listen to while shooting. umm none because i am wearing ear plugs.
