I'm in the Steele Creek area; Meck county (/rude property revaluation...)
as for the show I figure I spent $7 to get some business cards from people that didn't seem too scary and to hold a couple of nice rifles. Had as much fun on the drive up as I did walking the buildings. I went to a show a while ago at Merchandise Mart and that seemed to be better put together. This one at Metro seemed like more of a swap meet. But hey, I'm just getting back into this; what do I know heh.
Hey there BK; nice to see a fellow CLT up here. You were at Metrolina, eh? I decided to drive up to check it out and was unimpressed, though I came away with information which is always helpful. Loved your comment "beef jerky, ninja stars, air soft parts, jewelry, leather western rigs, sun glasses or pepper spray" pretty much right on the mark for Bldg 3
Check out our SC group for details on our SC campout in March. :) Santee Cooper - and a lot of fishing will be taking place. It oughta be another real fun get-together.
ty for your post in financial forum. I am having a bad time since my child support got cut to very little because of Jan 2009 layoff. I have been a part time student since before that and taking care of my 4 kids. I am supposed to start Nursing school in Janurary. I worked so very hard to get this far in school. Credit is very tight, I know because my newer credit cards limits are less than half what they used to be. Have to apply for student loan still, praying it will all come through.
If you wanted beef jerky, ninja stars, air soft parts, jewelry, leather western rigs, sun glasses or pepper spray......the GUN show in Charlotte was the place to be.
if you want the audio, I have it on a zip file that I can e mail to you. just holler at me at davids@freightsmart.net and I will send it.
Take care,
Smitty
