Peach and sriracha sauce - this is a "cheater" recipe - equal parts of peach jelly and heinz 57 steak sauce (about 1 T each per serving) dash of liquid smoke, dash of Worcestershire sauce, siriacha to taste. Apply generously 15 minutes before meat is finished.
I love scrapple, I ate it growing up as a kid and I have eaten it in Lancaster Co. I try but mine never taste like theirs or grandmas.
