Hi there, I'm a previous resident of Independence. Moved to DBQ about 5 years ago. We (DW and I) lived over by the Sunfresh on Serling & 23rd. We lived there for almost 10 years and saw the neighborhood go down hill. I hope It's not to bad where you live...

I have a question for you. When you were going through your Allergy treatments, were they your own herbal treatments or did you use western medicine? If western who did you see? I have been in Missouri 5 years now and I just can't stand the these allergies any longer. I have been using Nettle and local raw honey, I have used OTC meds and either they don't work or only for like an hour.... I am thinking about going to an allergist and getting shots. But I thought of you and figured I would ask how you were able to take care of yours first. Thank you for any information you would be willing to share.

My diet is pretty good. In good shape. Highly active. Major stress overload is the problem. I'm not taking any medication right now and would prefer to keep it that way. It was running about 200/101 a couple weeks ago and now it is running around 160/86.

    Hey alergyfree,
I was reading a post of yours and I'm curious about it. My little boy has been wheat free for almost 2 years due to awful stomach pains. At the same time we found out carbonation does it too. Your post mentions both but doctors seem clueless about them together. Do you know something about why they coincide? He is healthy most of the time as long as we avoid 3 foods, and life is easy now.

thanks! I try to limit dairy since I had lactose intolerance when I was a kid, I take a B complex once in the morning so I will add it 2 more times. Now for the wheat, I tried a blood type diet for a while that mostly eliminated wheat. It seemed to work but it was very expensive. That was a while ago before so many people found they were allergic to wheat, so now maybe there are more options that are affordable. Thanks for the tips!
