I placed an order with your company, was sent tracking number from Fedex, then two other emails from Fedex saying they returned and delivered package back to Emergency Essentials (3/18/2011). My package NEVER left Utah. I have left NUMEROUS voice mails and emails with order and tracking numbers with NO response at all. Called Fedex today (3/24/2011) and they said package was damaged so they sent it back to shipper. Why is Emergency Essentials not contacting me on how and when they will make this right?
