I bought a Mora 840 MG the same day I bought a Ka-Bar Becker BK 2 Campanion. I love the Mora, it is a pretty sturdy knife for $15. Thanks for the suggestion though :).

Try the links I posted, the first one in particular. If they don't work let me know and I'll do some more digging. Shouldn't be too hard to find out. Either way, they look to be awesome classes, and taught by an AK fanatic to boot. What's not to like? Let me know if I can help you with this link. Joe

John, I just got back from a wander up around Big Lake/Burro Mountain area. Sorry I missed you guys, I would have liked to meet you. Fool's Hollow is just right down the road from us.
Please let me know next time you're in the area.

Hey dont feel bad, man. I thought the same exact thing when me and my buddy got to the creek (which connects to the lake, its away from the "designated camp area") but the place was PACKED. Sorry you couldn't enjoy the area because it truely is beautiful. Don't mark this place off your list just yet, try to get here when there's not so many tourists (holiday weekend). Towards the back of the lake where it connects to a creek it is very, very beautiful, canyons and caves galore.
    Take care

Hey is that indoor or outdoor? We've only gone to Shooters World and the Scottsdale Gun Club. I think that Rio Salado might be closer, hmmm. I'll talk to my husband, I'm not sure if there's anything planned for next weekend or not.

Thanks AZman. I am sorely disappointed that I won't be able to make it. I have to work, yuck! Thanks much for the invite, I'd love to meet local folks who prep, so keep me in mind when you go again please! Thanks again.

I appreciate the offer, and love a meet and greet, but my finances are at a all time low right now. Perhaps later in the year it might be possible. Thank you for the invite and have a great time!
