"Got Kalashnikov?" That's the question many Americans -- experienced shooters and unarmed citizens alike -- are asking themselves as the possibility of a new assault weapons ban looms on the political horizon. Many have decided now is the time in spite of skeptics warning against panic buying, as once the certainty of such legislation is guaranteed the domestic supply of the increasingly popular AK may have dried up...
In our changing American political climate for firearm ownership, I thought it would be nice for gun owners of all kinds to have a fun way to show their appreciation for "evil black rifles" and subtly promote our constitutional right to keep and bear arms following the upcoming presidential inauguration and the swearing in of a new congress.
So I came up with this original "Got Kalashnikov?" T-shirt design, patterned after the ubiquitous American Dairy Council milk campaign and infused with some old-school Cold War-era Soviet flair...
